You must be 13 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your login.

• You may not scrape, republish, or resell lesson content.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app or its API.
• You may not harass, impersonate, or post offensive content in display names, bios, or any other field visible to other users.
• You may not use the app to break laws that apply where you live.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. We will give you reasonable notice unless the violation requires immediate action (e.g. abuse).

Lingo Wolf is provided as-is. We do not guarantee fluency, exam scores, or any specific learning outcome — that part is up to you. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Lesson content, brand assets, and the app itself are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for learning.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Lingo Wolf.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lingo Wolf is operated. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new terms.
